Review- To Trust a Wolf by Danielle Hardgrave

A list of things Helen Jurist never expected to see in her museum:

1. Viking relics
2. A dangerously seductive Dane with a suspicious interest in Viking relics
3. Werewolves

With the discovery of the Cutler Hoard, Helen may be forced to strike the word “never” from her vocabulary.

My review:

I received this book in exchange for my honest review.

This was a gripping story, and interesting point of supernatural view to say so, and quite unique in some ways. It was the first shifter story I’ve read, and I loved the storyline. We have Helen Jurist who has recently hit the road to success with her museum.

She is the archivist and until now, her museum wasn’t so known, but now it’s on the spotlight because of a presentation regarding ancient Vikings. The problem is, that not all of her “fans” are quite decent people, but one donor who is very dangerously and at the same point handsome, has managed to have a private view of the hoard of Vikings. He’s name is Rune.

Rune is what Helen has ever dreamed about, but at the same time she has the feeling that maybe he is hiding something more. The problem is, she discovers that the museum has been broken in, and realizes who could be the intruder. Is Rune only a simple benefactor? Or is he something more?

The story line between this two, and the werewolves and everything that happens in this story, it’s just fantastic. You have here a short story, but fully packed with action and desire. Amazing! Thank you for the opportunity!

About the author:

Danielle Hardgrave can find romance anywhere. While obtaining her History degree, she spent more time than she’d care to admit speculating on the love lives of famous historical tyrants.

She was born and raised in Victoria, BC, a small coastal city on a small island in the giant country of Canada. She spends most of her time writing, reading, or getting into trouble with her roommate.

Caldwell Publishing is the result of two sets of talent and one dream. It combines the writing of Danielle Hardgrave with the design expertise of Olivia Conway. The result? Sizzling tales of romance to help you slip away from reality—if only for a little while.
